Start with one consequential decision in one operating unit. Together, we agree the evidence, decision rights, customer rules and measures of value before evaluation.

Design Partner evaluation | 10–12 weeks
Use historical or tabletop cases to establish the current-process baseline, test the Decision Core and review what improves decision clarity, accountability and follow-through.

Separate pilot | 90 days
Any live pilot is separately scoped and begins in shadow mode. Customer systems remain sources of truth, with agreed access, controls and human approval.

Scope-specific proposals
Deliverables, participation, integrations, data handling and pricing are set out in a written proposal. AMDS is in development; demonstrations use fictional cases and benefits require customer validation.
