Connect evidence to a decision that can be reviewed.
AMDS organizes a decision path around a real operating question. The Decision Object and Decision Ledger are intended to preserve the evidence, governing rule, rights result, human authorization, action, and outcome in a reconstructable record.
Weak signals. Connected risk. Accountable decisions.

The decision path
A supplier struggles. A project slips. A facility loses operating margin. Each team sees part of the problem, yet the decision can remain unanswered between functions. AMDS grew from experience in enterprise security, protective intelligence, global operations and executive decision support, where useful information often exists before action is taken.
We are building the Decision Core to bring the operating question, source-linked evidence, uncertainty, options, authorized owner and relevant timing into one shared view. Leaders can examine the consequences of waiting and follow the response through to its outcome.
The product is in development. Private demonstrations use fictional cases. Design Partner work will test its value against the customer’s current decision process.
Decision view: the operating question, supporting evidence, open questions, available options and relevant deadline.
Exposure view: potential financial and operational consequences, with assumptions and uncertainty visible. Compare options, including waiting.
Authority view: the accountable owner, required approvals and unresolved authority. Consequential decisions remain with authorized people.
Action and outcome view: the chosen response, commitments, progress and observed results.
AI helps interpret evidence and suggest options. Deterministic software applies customer-approved rules and controls. An authorized human decides, and the Decision Ledger records what followed.
